This is the first time we’re actually eating at this restaurant and from the moment we walked in the door from the time we sat down to the time we left we not only had Ebony come and check on us several times also bringing us free samples of the cinnamon biscuit but also the manager stopped by the table and you feel they make you feel like family in this restaurant and just the entire atmosphere of the restaurant is very comforting and very relaxing I definitely would give this restaurant five stars just based on the cleanliness and the staff and from the beginning to the end it was the most pleasurable experience I have had in quite some time when I come to restaurants to eat so absolutely if you’re in the area if you’re in Gainesville and you need to stop by for a great breakfast or a great lunch definitely come by Maple Street biscuit Company and ask for Ebony and she will make sure you have the most pleasurable experience ever so definitely check them out five stars. ”

Neither of us have had chicken that tasted that good in a very long time. The biscuits and waffles were soft and tasty. The staff was even better than the food. The manager in training Ebony was fantastic!! It was busy but she kept the restaurant moving, kept it clean, and was polite and friendly and her staff motivated. Can't say enough about her.. Hopefully the Orlando location can match on food and personel! ”

“ Passing through the area for the holidays, and wanted a nice breakfast. Look no further. Gainesville has a nice breakfast company hiding right in the heart of town. The food is made from scratch and tastes so authentic. Probably the best grits I've had in 30 years. Amazing gravy, both mushroom and sausage versions. Even the kids faithfully ate their breakfasts down. Friendly staff, and come prepared knowing your greatest fear. Mine is being trapped in a cave. Only critique I can offer is that the table tops are a little sticky from where the finish is wearing off and needs resealed. No biggie. We just layered down some napkins. Very impressed that a shopping center would have such a hidden gem sitting in plain sight. Closes at 2pm, so get there early. ”
